The current Court fees which are included in the Divorce Fixed Fee costs are as follows:

- the other party does not formally object to the divorce or related matters and will provide their consent (if applicable)
- the court accepts the grounds and power to deal with the case (in expat cases).
The Fixed Fee only covers the divorce and does not cover any advice or work with regard to financial matters.
