	The current Court fees which are included in the Fixed Fee costs are as follows: Scotland (no children under sixteen) £70 Scotland (children under sixteen) £144 England/Wales £340 Please note the following: The Fixed Fee assumes that the other party does not formally object to the Divorce or related matters and will provide their consent if applicable (One year separation in Scotland; Two years separation in England) and the Court accepts the grounds and power to deal with the case (Expat cases). The Fixed Fee only covers the Divorce and does not cover any advice or work with regard to financial matters.
